Weekly routine (Fridays)

  1. Click ⤓ Back up (top-right) — saves a full copy. The note turns amber after a week.
  2. History → pick the dates → Download CSV for a readable spreadsheet.
  3. Keep both files in a safe folder (or Google Drive).

Add a crew member

  1. Employees tab → type Name + a 4-digit PIN → Add.
  2. They show up on the roster and Live board right away.

Put the app on a tech's phone

  1. Text/email them: https://crew-breaks.pages.dev/
  2. On the phone, tap the link (don't type it).
  3. iPhone: Share button → Add to Home Screen.   Android: ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen.
  4. First time: tech taps their name → PIN. After that it stays signed in.

When someone leaves

  1. Employees → Deactivate (keeps their history) or Remove (deletes it).

Live board on a TV

  1. Use the 📺 View live board button on the sign-in screen — no login needed.

If it ever asks to reconnect
